Change standard light fittings to LED down lights

Hoping to find a registered electrician to change our current standard light fittings to LED down lights, as well as replace the bathroom extractor fan. Currently, our bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and hall all have 1 light fitting in each. We would like to have 2 in each bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, and 4 in the lounge. Also potentially add in an extra 2 power points but TBC. We have already purchased the new down lights and fan, so keen to get these installed.
