Window extractor fan has been isolated from power and new fan unit to be installed and reconnected to power. Steel window frame is fine for reuse but glass will need replacing. Window roughly 855mm x 545mm. First floor location, not ground level access .

A return visit was requested a few weeks after the job was completed and paid for to review an issue. This was done as soon as practical and Callum fixed the issue without any hassle.
