Hi, Lost power overnight...heard a loud bang. Vector diagnosed it as an underground cable fault between the point of supply just outside the fence and our power meter. As additional info, the Vector technician said that he was able to get an electric arc at the point of supply even when the main switch at our power meter was turned off. Looking to get this sorted ASAP please.
