We are about to put a new kitchen in which will require some rewiring but also some general electrical work is needed around the house. Please see below - the list may vary but this is largely the work that we would like to get a quote on. Phase 1 (ASAP) 1. Install approx. 8 new sockets. 2. Replace face plates on all existing sockets & light switches (to modernise) 3. Replace pendant light with downlights in 2 bedrooms and install dimmer switches 4. Close off cables/wiring for external lighting no longer in use. 5. Fix fuses on some sockets that keep blowing! 6. Install light in attic storage space. 7. Replace wired in heated towel rail with a larger model Phase 2 (approx. late August, after current kitchen removed) 1. Install/move approx. 6 new sockets for new appliance locations in kitchen/laundry 2. Move wiring for new oven location 3. Install downlights & wiring for pendant lights in kitchen/laundry areas 4. Prepare wiring for new rangehood to be installed. 5. Install external vent for tumble dryer. Phase 3 (approx. mid September after new kitchen install) 1. Wire in free standing oven. 2. Install rangehood. 3. Install pendant lights in kitchen.
