We have two bathrooms that both need connection of an electric towel rail (already purchased) and an extractor fan. These are completely new connections. One extractor fan will be exiting through concrete breeze-block and installed either through-the-wall or ducted behind a wall void, one could be ducted through the ceiling and soffit or done through the weatherboard exterior wall. Both towel rails are going onto walls that have existing electrical connections on the same wall or in the adjacent room. One bathroom has an existing non-RCD outlet that we think should probably be replaced with one with an RCD. The other bathroom has no power outlet and we'd like one installed, this going onto a wall with electrical sockets in the adjacent room. Installation of power point in master bedroom. There is an existing electrical circuit in nearby wall but it's not adjacent to the installation site. Potentially assist with drawing network cable through ground-floor ceiling cavity and down interior wall. I will provide the cable and do all the termination, this is just for the expertise in running wires within finished spaces.
