Driveway lights + internal LED repairs

Hi I have some old style (incandescent bulb 240VAC) driveway lights where 3 out of 6 have blow bulbs. I an struggling to get into the bollards (see photo of black unit here) but would like to keep the bollards and replace bulbs with new led (preferrably 240VAC as well). ALSO - there are a couple of internal jobs including a flickering LED strip and a broken dimmer. If you could give me some idea of time/ cost that would be great. Thanks Kieran
