Colin was very patient, generous and kept his word. I was looking for oven knobs and he saw my request and said he would give them away for free from an old oven he was throwing away. It took 2 weeks but he kept his word and sent them to me, I only had to pay for postage. I highly recommend Colin for his honesty, commitment and professionalism.
