Replace Halogen Downlights

Need around 50 downlights around our two storey house replaced with LED. Would like some additional LED lighting installed in the kitchen - some pendants and task lighting under the cabinetry. There is roof space access from the garage via a ladder for half of the Ground floor. Level 1 is accessed via a hatch. About 16 downlights are located in the floor which has Level 1 directly above.
