A soon to be built shed needs mains power, run from the house. The switchboard is about 35m from the shed - this includes vertical height changes. Most of the run is above ground (likely attached to a wooden fence, inside conduit) and only 2.5m is underground. In order to limit costs associated with this job, I would like to have an electrician provide guidance and advice, and perform the parts of the job I'm not capable of - probably attaching to the mains in the house, and terminating the run in the shed. The rest (digging appropriate trenches, running cabling in trenches in conduit, running cabling in conduit on fence etc) I would like to do. I would need the electrician to sign off the relevant paperwork if this can be done in this manner. The shed will be used for woodwork with power tools (one at a time), most of which are in the 400 to 1000W range, although one is 2300W and pulls about 10A I think. Please see attached doc for more detail.
