New Manrose Fan in bathroom

Install a new manrose ceiling fan in the bathroom which must be healthy homes standard. Currently there is a heat/fan/combo. I would like the fan and hose disconnected and the fan switch to be connected to the new separate manrose fan with the new ducting (3M max) to a new larger soffit vent (replace the existing small vent, dont wont a new separate hole) Also install new heat, light, fan switches and cover. Will still want one that has a heat, fan and light switch. existing one attached
