I'm after an electrician to install one or two (depending on cost) bathroom extractor fans for a rental property I have in Mt Eden, which is a single bungalow house divided into two flats. Flat 1 bathroom has dimensions L 2.5m x W 1.5m x H 2.7m. I haven't measured flat 2, but it looks the same size or slightly smaller. I'm assuming the fans will just will extract into the ceiling and roof interior area. Please provide a detailed estimate or quote (come and have a look if necessary), including gst, for one or both extractor fan installs. If u need me to help feed wires, I can assist. Vincent.
