Sump pump electrical/ controls issue

Hi - My sump pump for kitchen waste has stopped. There is no light on the power board and the float is not stuck. Hoping to get this tested and checked to see where the issue is. Would be very useful as part of the repair to get a manual push button to allow the sump to be fully emptyed without the use of the control box. If you have some experience with sump pump/ pump controls please tocuh base. Photos attached of the Wallace pumps control box plus manual for the control box plus sump empty with float and full.
