Glendowie Renovation

Renovation of large 5 bdrm home in Glendowie Kitchen renovation This is a large space and we will need all new kitchen joinery and a bench top. We will supply all appliances but will need these to be installed so apart from a joiner/builder we will need plumbing and electrical work to get this done. There are a number of areas where the walls need to be repaired. We have removed big cupboards ourselves and need to have the walls regibbed and ready for paint. We need to have a wall between the kitchen and dining area removed, and ready for paint. We want to cost sanding and polishing the wooden floors throughout the living areas. We have decking that needs to be attended to. There are some rotting floor boards which need to be replaced We have balcony handrails that need to be replaced with regulation height rails - preferably powder coated swimming pool type rails. ? two large balconies. New showers installed x 2 This is a very large family home - all work can be done as vacant work - there is nobody living there at the moment, which will make work a lot better for trades coming in. We want to have the entire home finished by early January, which gives us approx 8 weeks to complete.
