Bathroom fan - duct, wire install

Hi there, I am interested in the cost to have a bathroom fan installed. We currently just have a heat lamp wired in and would like to upgrade this to be the light, heat, fan trio switch. Access to our roof cavity is good, so running any ducting through to outside shouldnt be difficult. We are also interested in getting a few more wall plug sockets, including in the bathroom (which doesnt have any at present). Access under house may be a bit of a squeeze but can be done, otherwise access through roof is good. Believe currently cabling runs through roof at present, not sure how simple it is to run the cable down the roof from the wall (hopefully easy?). Please provide quote stepped out for the following: 1a. Cost of bathroom heat light extractor unit. 1b. Cost of installation of heat light extractor unit 2. Cost of extra plug in bathroom. 3.
