Install bathroom extractor fan and new downlight. Remove existing extractor fan.

Location: main bathroom. Qualified electrician to: 1. Remove existing fan/light as not fit for purpose as it vents into narrow roof cavity above. 2. Supply and install new extractor fan to healthy homes standards. Solution and location to be discussed. 3. Install customer provided track light in place of existing unit above vanity. 4. Install customer provided recessed downlight above bath area. Final location to discussed. 5. Check wiring and certificate.
