Removing old oven and installing new oven

Getting kitchen redone next Tuesday and we're looking for an electrician to remove a built-in oven in our kitchen and install our new oven. It's the standard 60cm oven. The only thing is that it needs to be spread over to another day - oven removed first, cabinet guys come in and take away old cabinets, then the new oven to be installed after the cabinet guys have taken away the old cabinets.
