Electrical work

Hi there, We have a couple of things to change around the house, and it’s mainly in the bathroom area. We would like to change: Heated towel rail (see photo attached); Bathroom lights (see photos attached - both to black); Swap bathroom cover plates for the switches (2 switches) to black; Swap exterior light on sensor; Front verandah light (there’s no switch to turn it on) We already bought the new heated towel rail and the black circular bathroom light.
