Fit an extractor fan (and other electrical jobs)

Hi there We wanted to fit a canopy extractor to the kitchen shown in the photo. We wanted to get a quote to fit the extractor, and do any ventilation that's necessary. We will probably be going with this extractor: --- There may also be some other work around the house , like fitting a new pendant lamp, but not too sure exactly. If you could provide an hourly rate for those bit of work, that would be good. Thanks
