Hi There, Im wanting to have my house rewired, note the following - The house is a small 2 bed + study. - We will supply the fittings (sockets, switches, lighting) - Electrician to supply bathroom fan and cables - We are relining and all gib has been removed. (ceiling and wall) - existing lighting has been removed. - Plenty of access underfloor - Pitched roof - I would like this done in two stages - stage 1 prewire / I will then line / stage 2 final fix - I will need to keep some power sockets going the whole time as I will still be living here. Plan attached. We are wanting a fixed price, please. Thanks! Caleb
