Replace broken main isolator with mains switch

Had unreliable voltage this morning, Vector investigated and found my main isolator was smouldering and removed it, and cut off the power to the house at the street. Looking for someone to replace the main isolator with a main switch (per Vector’s recommendation) and arrange a reconnection with Vector once complete.
