Adding a new Ethernet port

I need a new Ethernet port installed in the garage. The main hub is in our living room. I believe you'll need to drill through brick and run the cable along the outside of our house, our cameras are setup in a similar way, the white line outside on the brick has Ethernet. My wife's dad's house also needs an Ethernet cable installed, he's got a cable running through his passage. He also lives in Mt Roskill.
