Install Rangehood

We have an existing "rangehood", but it is really more of a "sucker-filter" (no external exhaust). We want to replace it with a proper rangehood with an external exhaust. We would like a quote to remove the existing unit, and install a new unit (including an external exhaust). We will purchase a new rangehood from a retailer, however would welcome any recommendations on may or may not be suitable. Photo of the current unit attached.
