Media Room - speakers connection & cabling

I've bought this house a few months back. When the previous tenants moved out in distress and cut out all cables from the central cabinet that feeds the media room. The job would be to re-set the connections between the central cabinet and the media room (the cables are installed, but cut off so probably would need just replacing the plugs). Also the feeds from the security cameras outside is getting into the central cabinet, but is not connected to the TV. Would also like to connect that too! Cheers, Patricio
