Hi, our mains gas heater has been making the house smell strongly of gas so we have stopped using it. Would like advice on repair, replacement or removal. Additionally the extractor fan in the bathroom has stopped working & would like this repaired, not sure if this should be 2 separate jobs, so please reply if you can help with either
