Small kitchen/laundry refurb #2

I have a plumber now but still looking for a sparky. Job is to install plumbing and electrical as necessary for the installation of a small galley-style kitchen/laundry as sketched in the image below. Plumbing scope includes water and waste for new washing machine and new sink (sink faucet and washing machine taps will be supplied by owner), and removal of existing taps and central waste shown in the photo. Electrical scope includes supply & install 1x new power point for dishwasher, and new lighting including 1x LED downlight and 1x LED strip light under new overhead cupboard (we will also retain the existing central light). Job is ready now for first fix (plasterboard has been removed) and then allow to come back and connect up if necessary after new Gib and cupboards are installed.
