Enrique was extremely quick to respond to my enquiry and his pricing was very competitive. He was flexible in terms of who supplied the system (which turned out to be us), and for allocating a date to carry out the job. He and his colleague carried out the work to a standard of which I deemed to be perfectly acceptable. He cut the gib with a small hand saw rather than using a special drill bit - this mostly didn't make a difference, apart from a small hole in the wall which occurred when installing the keypad. I overlooked this, as overall was happy with way the job was carried out, and Enrique stuck to the quoted price, even though it took them longer.
