Move down lights circa 1m in ceiling, add power point

Hi, I have 2x down lights i'd like to move to a new position above table, maybe 80 cm repositon. ideally filling holes left behind and touching up. Would also like a new power point put in on the wall shown by the 3rd arrow down on the picture below. No particular rush, just cosmetic, but the sooner the better! Cheers Tom
