Central network hub for home

We would like to set up a central network hub. With the increasing in internet demands with working from home, video conferencing, smart devices etc we need a more reliable and tidier setup. We currently have a mesh router (1 router 1 satellite) setup with an Asus ZenWifi-AX. I would like these devices to be connected together via LAN rather than wireless (current). We also currently have an 8 port switch (plus I might have a 5 port lying somewhere around too). However the router and switch are in the lounge, making it rather cluttered and untidy (including a PC next to the tv cabinet). I would also like to have LAN wall outlets in 3-4 rooms so that we can connect devices via LAN where possible to increase not only speed and reliability, but to minimise wifi signals going around. A couple of rooms like the lounge will need more than one LAN connection points whereas the rooms will probably only need just one. I’m hoping the cabling can be run under the house to connect everything together and tidy (there’s access to under the house). I would like some recommendations/quotes based on my requirements please. I am unsure whether this is considered an essential service but we are struggling at times with internet connection with 2 working from home parents, a primary school kid on zoom class calls as well as a toddler with YouTube!
