The brackets holding the heated towel rail require replacement. The apartment is at Hudson Brown Terraces, 57 Mahuhu Cres, Parnell, Auckland I am attaching a pix of the broken brackets. I will be at the apartment tomorrow afternoon if anyone would like to come and check out the brackets. Kathy, ---
