Install and remove lighting

I'm looking to install a handful of pendant lights and remove some down lights in a bungalow that's been fully modernised. All the rooms needing new lights have existing wiring. There are 5 new pendant lights to install in 5 different rooms, 3 that need to be shifted slightly, and 12 down lights to remove across three rooms. Looking to complete the job by early October if possible. You're welcome to come and assess the job in person once we get to Level 3.
