Electrical switchboard replacement

Replacement of old electrical switchboard - understand there are currently multiple circuit breakers on a few of the switches and potentially a few old rubber cables to be replaced to bring up to standard. House is a 1910 bungalow but was (partially?) rewired at some point during a renovation under a past owner (maybe late 80s) - we are currently renovating again and would like to make sure everything is safe from a switchboard perspective, as a discrete job. Would ideally like this completed within 4-6 weeks of level 4 lifting in Auckland. Photo of exterior and interior of switchboard included. Switchboard measurements are roughly 39cm x 44cm. Registered electricians only please.
