ELECTRICAL testing of property to section 8 of AS:NZ 3000 and brief email report

I require an electrician to test the property with the full tests to the standards as they have requested and a brief email report of the test results and observations. They have an issue with their fridge and freezer not working properly. They have replaced it more than once. If you are not in zone I do not expect a call out fee or travelling costs. Thanks James ...
