Replace light fitting and switch

I need an old light fitting removed and a new fitting installed (we are moving house and my wife wants the old fitting). Also need a broken light switch fixed and and old external sensor light removed. The new light fitting may need a new cord wired into it as the old one seems to have been cut too short to be used again. To get into the roof to replace the light you will have to get through a 40cm square manhole.
