General Electrical
Auckland

On the first floor of the townhouse we have one light in a circuit of four that continually flickers regardless after changing the bulb. On the second floor we have an extractor fan that is dripping water and we need to see if it has been compromised. For the job our landlord has also mentioned these requirements: Please do not put any nail or screw on the weatherboard where the extractor fan is. It is the restriction from the body corps for waterproofing. Also, if the exhaust fan cover on the weather board needs to be replaced, it must be the same dimension and same style. We just need to get an electrician in to give us a quotation on the job so our landlord can approve.
