Extractor fan for kitchen and bathroom

Kitchen extractor fan to be purchased and fitted to meet healthy homes compliance. Notes from healthy homes: Installation of an extractor fan is required, all exhaust ducting must have a diameter of at least 150mm OR the fan and all exhaust ducting must have an exhaust capacity of at least 50 litres per second. The fan must vent extracted air to outdoors. Second requirement is to fit external venting system to existing bathroom fan. Notes from healthy Homes: Existing bathroom extractor system vents into the ceiling cavity. This requires connection to an external vent or the installation of a qualifying unit for compliance
