Mains Home Rewire & Fusebox / Powerbox changes

I would like someone to come over and rewire the main house underground lines to the power-box. Currently the lines are situated under the house which is easy to get to and run up close to the rooms then into the power box. I would like the cables to not run up to the rooms but to instead to run close to ground level then into the power box. If other stuff can be done too please let me know. *Would like to put some lead shielding in the powerbox (Ive got the lead shielding) *Would like to disconnect the underfloor heating from the mains (No requirement) *Would like to rewire a couple of things in the mains / fuse box Will have photos up later
