Initial impression somewhat tarnished as job delayed for weeks due to illness; understand this can happen but little communication. Installation of hood took 11 hours?! Took another month to return to finish the vent and has still not returned for last small job quoted and paid for. Been 6 months and signing off as tradie is also unvaccinated
