House is relatively small 3 bedroom one level. Good underfloor access, roof cavity access difficult ( thru ceiling hole - skinny people only). Will want a few extra points fitted , and 4 x dual port cat 6 cabling as well if price allows. Has an old wire fuse distribution board ( no hassles with that) but a few lights have stopped working - suspect brittle cabling. Roof cavity fitted with nylon insulation. and may have dead rats in roof - full disclosure ha!

Brett's honest and did a great job. I dont think he enjoyed the work being squashed up in a roof cavity but Id definitely use him again ( if he was willing to return) ha !.Place was left neat , Id highly recommend Licence to Wire
