Bathroom + Kitchen extractor fan installation

Hello, I need extractor fans installed in both my kitchen and bathroom, to comply with tenancy regulations. This is in an upper storey 1970s block unit in Morningside. There is wood above the windows in both rooms, so I imagine that's where the fans will go. I'm flexible with timing, any day is fine and I'm not in a huge rush. Don't need anything fancy. Keen to gather some quotes and get the job done :-)
