lighting and fan install

We have just about completed our bathroom renovation now. The pre-wiring etc. was done last year at the start of the renovation however the tradie was a bit slack and damaged some of the gear and i'm looking for someone else to complete the work. We have the following work that needs completing - 2 x ceiling lights, 1 x extractor fan and heated towel rails to be installed in 2 separate bathrooms, pre-wiring all done. - A chandelier that needs replacing (there's already one wired into this location) - wall lights that need installing in the kitchen where there is currently a lighting track - led strip to run underneath newly installed kitchen wall-hung cabinets - track light to install in entrance way, and one bedroom - two wall lights to install at the top of the stairs, there is currently one installed here - pendant light to be installed in stair well - we purchased some buster and punch light switches we'd like installed (previous tradie struggled with putting these together and broke a couple).
