Extraction fan in bathroom installed

UPDATE 5th June: Turns out I have no eave for a roof extraction fan to go into, will have to be a through-wall fan instead, heard some cons about these due to water ingress? Let me know your thoughts on this one, also please no expensive companies, I have little money to spend on this! Not sure what type of extraction fan I would need installed but at the moment there is mould on the ceiling in the bathroom from all the condensation build up!
