Repairs to Micron security system

We have recently moved into a house that has a Micron security system. The keypad isn't working, but the sensors appear to be active. Keen to get this repaired/working and ideally also supply a couple of additional remotes for the system.

Turned out to be a bigger job than expected but all was explained well and I'm happy with the outcome.
