Bathroom extraction + Rangehood Installation

I am seeking the installation of two ventilation and extraction systems within a character apartment in Auckland CBD. The apartment is double brick walled so there are some challenges with this installation, as follows: - The bathroom is within an old elevator shaft, brick walled in on all sides. There is a possibility to go up, however your expert advice would be appreciated on the best solution - The ceiling above the kitchen is has approximately a 40-50cm cavity space, accessible by manhole in the bathroom. There is a path for ducting to reach the service lane or another exposed area, however again will need your advice. I am looking for someone to provide powerful enough systems and all materials, except the rangehood which I will purchase after I have received your advice and recommendation on the right size and type.
