Power outage in garage.

We have someone living in the garage and they lost power completely so we replaced both fuses in house and garage on Saturday but we still do not have power in the garage. Please see below a picture of fuse box in garage-the fuse on the left is the one that has been replaced with a newer circuit breaker other then the old fuses with wire. Wanting a quote to see how much it will cost to repair.
