Residential flat in Ponsonby needs an extractor fan installed in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Both rooms have external walls. You would source the hardware. These are the relevant standards: Kitchens – In any room with a cooktop, new fans or rangehoods installed after 1 July 2019 must have a minimum diameter (including ducting) of 150mm or an exhaust capacity of at least 50 litres per second. Bathrooms – In any room with a shower or bath, new fans installed after 1 July 2019 must have a minimum diameter (including ducting) of 120mm or an exhaust capacity of at least 25 litres per second. For the heater it needs to be wall mounted, electric and 1.8kW - 2.4kW - something along these lines: --- / --- Basically just need you to source + install everything and leave it looking nice. I am acting on behalf of the landlord in the UK. I will need to give a few days notice to the tenant after we come to an agreement. The timeframe is pretty open - preferably before the 8th May to have everything done. Cheers, Helena
