Install heated towel rail. install extractor and light if possible. If not supply and install 2 downlights and extractor. Change existing shaver fitting to standard plug. change two existing single points to doubles. run additional single point. Run wiring for four downlights. As room is being regibbed a return visit to install downlights and points will be needed.
