Replace electrical fitting in attic space , Discuss moving electricals in bathroom, find out why one light is perpetually on even if I turn it off, remove some lights, provide some 12 volt outdoor lighting , replace old spotlights in lounge with led (will involve replacing two small panels in ceiling which are made of fibrolight as that is where the lights are, attic access is good but you have to keep to the joists.
