Investigating and fixing flickering LED down light

There is a flickering LED downlight in the kitchen, when I went to look at it I couldn't find a plug to disconnect it. I thought it would be better to get a professional in to take a look at it as it may just be wires up there. If there isn't a plug (that can be easily removed without a professional) then we'll want to get all lights changed so that we can change any downlights ourselves going forward. There are 13 downlights in total, with only 1 flickering.
