Electricity to shed

I have build a new shed and need to connect electricity to it. The cable from the old shed has been disconnected at the fuse board and is in place next to the shed. I would like to install: 4x double plugs 1 light inside 1 light outside with weatherproof switch 2x outside double plugs for electric bike charging The shed will run a deep freeze regularly, and charge a couple of electric bikes...and that’s about it. The interior lining hasn’t yet been put in.
