Would like to get a few jobs completed in the house: - Toilet light switch turns on light and fan, would like a separate light switch and fan switch or timer put on the fan. Replace 2 x old light fittings in bedroom and black drop with white 1m drop from ceiling. - Replace bathroom light fitting above built in cabinet - Replace towel rail and install timer on power unit for towel rail. Are you able to quote off this or does this require a visit?
